The library is accessible to disabled people and has a reserved parking space near the entrance door.  On the ground floor there is a dedicated computer station available for consulting the catalogues.  An elevator, easily accessible, leads to the floors for retrieving shelf volumes.   The internet stations on the computer islands on the second floor are easily accessible.
