Photocopying, printing and scanning
Humanities libraries offer an innovative MyPrint multifunction service, managed by the Ricoh company, which enables the user to photocopy documents, print from the university computers or from personal laptops, create digital documents and send them to a personal email account, and collect the wanted documents in any Ricoh center located in our University. If the print is sent to the center but not collected within the 72 hours, the user will not be charged for the service and the document will be automatically erased in the buffer.
For the humanities libraries the Ricoh centers are located as follows:
- Biblioteca Tabacco (History) - via s. Ottavio 20, at the basements of Palazzo Nuovo
- Biblioteche Melchiori (Lingue), Peterson (Studi Religiosi), Orientalistica - Via Giulia di Barolo 3/A
- Biblioteche di Filologia classica, Arte Musica e Spettacolo, Filosofia e Scienze dell'educazione - Via s. Ottavio 20, in the hall of Palazzo Nuovo, next to the study room
- Biblioteca di Scienze letterarie - Via Bava, 31
ATTENTION: At the Ricoh center in the Library Tabacco there is an operator from Monday to Friday, from 09.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
Ricoh equipment is also located in other university libraries (see the complete list). It is suggested to consult the single library pages to verify the service delivery terms and modalities. The amount which can be copied from a book in Italy is restricted by copyright laws to the 15% of the entire volume (see in detail the Copyright protection norms).
